Thanks to Cristina and Samuele, this new company was entered in the commercial register. It is the start of a new adventure :)

Start of operations of ingegna SA in Castione. Office shared with Cristina and Samuele's other office.

Alain takes over the company in its entirety from Cristina and Samuele. Our paths part, but the friendship and gratitude for the initial help will last forever. Without them none of this would have been possible!

ingegna SA moved from Castione to Tenero. With the relocation of the office, Anna immediately took over the accounting management of ingegna SA.

Sara was hired on a temporary basis (1 month) to develop the new website for ingegna SA. The result is a well-structured, attractive and easy-to-manage site. From that first day, Sara remains the point of reference for everything related to the ingegna SA website. Since then, she has been not only an 'on-call' collaborator, but above all a friend!

Luca, a sunny person with a keen curiosity for programming, was hired. With him, ideas and visions are realised that allow us to acquire new mandates that are still relevant today in their conception.

Stefano, SIG student, joins the team. He will do his diploma work at the School of Management Informatics by ingegna SA, where we will try to develop a visionary project conceived by Alain and Luca.

Stefano finished and handed in his diploma work, which earned him top marks. Great job Stefano!

Graziano starts his new challenge with his own engineering office. He sets up his own workstation in our office and a very enriching period of exchanging ideas, experiences and friendship begins.

Et voilà Gino! Passionate sound engineer joins the team. Dedicated to everything to do with sound. Pure passion. All the multimedia projects in the office are his. A self-taught programmer, full of ideas. Before starting a job he thinks about how he can do it most efficiently in the shortest time. Definitely a new school of thought that rejuvenates the team's ideas and spurs us on to continuous improvement. Great head, despite being a bit messy sometimes ... after all, you can't have everything :)

Gino started in ingegna SA the audio service business (technical support) for small events in the region.

Relocation of the company headquarters and office from Tenero to Minusio. An important change dictated by the heart. Sharing the office with Graziano ends, but the friendship and excellent collaboration we have with him does not.

A new collaborator, Jonathan, joins our team. Lots of desire to learn. Lots of willingness to get involved. Diligent and precise collaborator. He wants to do everything well and everything right, and he succeeds!

An important construction site of ours needs important construction management: welcome Marco, he is the right collaborator! A man of experience and quality joins us and he is the one to direct the companies on the site. A simple and competent person, it is a real pleasure to have him in the team.

Creation of a new office in Muralto. New, better-equipped space to accommodate staff workstations, a meeting room and break room. A small adjoining space serves as an archive and storage room. We have relaunched with these new spaces. Important note: we have no parking spaces, all employees come on foot, by bike or by public transport. Good choice!

Jonathan wants a new adventure, more practice-oriented than the 'paper' and theory of the engineering office. He leaves the team with a smile for what awaits him, but also for what he has experienced. Our paths will cross again, we don't know where or when, but we are certain.

After the construction site was completed, Marco decided to devote himself, quite rightly, to his retirement. His time at ingegna SA was short, professional and very pleasant. A man of few words, but when he speaks he is to be listened to carefully: there is always something to learn from him. Thank you Marco!

A space is created in the Muralto office for sound recording and post-production. Gino's eyes never stop shining whenever 'sound' is mentioned and acoustics-related projects are dealt with. His little world is developing more and more.

Another Luca and another special person. Young Luca spends a good month interning in our office. Full of energy, lots of desire to learn and very curious. He also assists Gino in the work of sound technician at some concerts. Really special.

Our 'first' Luca unfortunately decides to leave us. He and his wife move to Zurich and a new adventure begins for him. We lose a piece of our history, but we are sure will still benefit from what Luca has done. His traces are there and will remain. Thank you Luca and best of luck!

During the night of 21.09 to 22.09.2023, the office of ingegna SA in Muralto falls victim to a fire, which causes the destruction of most of the equipment (only two desks and the printer were saved after due soot cleaning). The blow to morale is severe. Within a few hours, we manage to organise two workstations at the company headquarters in Minusio, recover all the backup data and organise a new NAS shared with all the employees. On 23.09.2023 we are up and running again.

It took two months to restore and recreate the Muralto office. Two months spent probing for new ideas and a new organisation. The office is now even more beautiful and welcoming and we are motivated to start off on the right foot (even though we have never stopped ...).

Do we need a good draughtsman? Zeno is the right person and joins the team. An artist and CAD draughtsman, he is always looking for new stimuli. Working with all kinds of materials stimulates him a lot. Always ready to learn new things. He also wastes no time and optimises every job to execute it well and in a short time. Truly a winning way of thinking.

The ideas matured during the fire period came to fruition with the establishment of the company exaudio Sagl, which will take care of all audio projects. There is now a clear separation of the tasks and competences of the two offices. It is above all for Gino the beginning of a new adventure parallel to that of ingegna SA.

Our first apprentice! Biagio is taken on as a Computer Operator in his second year. Definitely a challenge, which proves rewarding. Precise, interested and enterprising. He immediately takes over various ICT functions in the office. A good start indeed.
